To register for any of our courses, complete the form on the following page.

Once completed, click on the “Submit Form” button at the bottom of the page and you will be registered electronically. You can also pay online for the modules selected online, through the Paypal link given at the bottom of the page.

If you do not plan to pay online, or if you would rather enroll by regular mail, please download the PDF form at the link below. Print out the form and fill in the requested information, then simply follow the directions and mail your registration and payment together.

Price: $150.00

• Each module is 10 weeks (25 hours).
• Cost if paid in other currency: 50 Bahraini Dinars / 85 Pounds Sterling / 5000 Indian Rupees.
• Payment can also be made through Cheques written in favour of Acts 29 Inc.
